Question: Is it herpes or what!?
i have these weird bumps on the lower half of my penis and they are also on my scrotum!. They are very small but i can notice them!. is there a chance its not herpes!. i havnt noticed them until l8ly and im 14Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kyle, If the bumps were all over your penis, I'd suggest you have Fordyce spots!. Since they're not all over, I suspect what you're seeing are just hair follicles!. Because the skin is so thin on the penis and scrotum, hair follicles are much more noticeable!. They tend to sit on top of the skin instead of being embedded like other places on our bodies!. Look closely and you may be able to see the beginning of hair growth from these bumps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you scratch a lot down there!? It could be just from scratching!. Maybe you are more sensitive in that area so maybe try using a different kind of soap for the delicates!. It does not sound threatening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
