Answers:
No, this shouldn't be a problem, however you can stretch the foreskin opening to facilitate retraction during erection and allow more mobility of the foreskin!.

Don't let anyone talk you into circumcision!. Doctors frequently try, as they make money from it and are also frequently members of the minority religious groups that try to impose this practice on others!.

Circumcision is never necessary, but few doctors offer the alternative treatments!.

You're lucky your parents left you intact and whole!. Mine didn't!.

Anyway, you can gently and gradually stretch and widen the foreskin opening by inserting a couple of fingers and stretching the tightest part of the opening sideways!. This is done gradually, over weeks, and you shouldn't stretch so much as to have a lot of pain, just a tiny bit of pain and discomfort!.

Good luck to you; stay intact!. Sex is much more enjoyable with a foreskin, the way nature intended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 16 you should be able to retract your foreskin whether your penis is flaccid(soft) or erect!. By this age any tendency of your foreskin to inelastic should have taken place through natural development!. If this isn't happening you must see a doctor because you may start to have pain during sex with a partner!. The foreskin can develop tears in the inner lining which is far less stretchy than the outer foreskin!.
Many people may be inclined to tell you that you can stretch this tight foreskin but do not be disappointed if this does not work!. It doesn't for everybody!.
It is not uncommon for a guy your age to need surgery for this condition !. This could consist of a "dorsal slit" in which the tight area is simply slit up with a scalpel allowing you to slide it back and forth when you are erect!.It does not give you a normal foreskin and it does not look very attractive!. It does let you have penetrative sex!. The other solution is a circumcision which removes a portion of the foreskin!. This looks good and heals quickly at your age!.

Others in Answers may try to frighten you away from circumcision and tell you that it is never necessary!. This simply flies in the face of reason!. Doctors don't tell guys your age to get a circumcision unless they know that one is needed!. I am a doctor who was circumcised as an adult!. I was very happy with the result of my adult circumcision at age 26, many years ago!. I remain very happy with it now and would have no hesitation to suggest it if you have it recommended by the doctor who examines you!.
Please do not stress out over this condition!. called phimosis and you can reads lots of info about it!. Don't be afraid to ask more questions about this common and distressing conditionWww@Answer-Health@Com

No reason why it should!. your foreskin will loosen in time naturally!.It's perfectly normal at your age there is no law that states that you must retract the foreskin to have sex many English guys leave there foreskins forewords during sex as it reduces the stimulation of the penis and therefore takes them longer to reach orgasm!. Don't listen to any one who tells you that you need a circumcision!. your fine unless it becomes painful every time you have an erection and even then circumcision should be the last option your doctor suggests!. Have fun play safe use a condom x x x Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like your foreskin is a bit too tight!.
A tight foreskin is surprisingly common and can usually be self-treated at home in private!.
It involves stretching exercises (ideally in the bath/shower) to make it easier to pull back!. Be patient, because it must be stretched daily over several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end!
The below websites have some good advice:Www@Answer-Health@Com

really a weird question to ask!. Being circumsized may not be the best one to say, but!.!.!.

When its soft, the foreskin should be covering the head and of course it's easy to pull back!. And expose the head of your penis!.

When your hard, the foreskin pulls back!.!.!. It's pretty much not there to pull back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably just a bit tight which is common in teens!. If you try and pull it back when you have an erection, it should get easier after a time!.
