hi im 14 and 5feet 9 inches i want to get to at least 5 feet 11inches or hopefully 6feet any ideas on how much i will grow each month or year and what can help me grow:) thank you for answeringWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, you have around 7 years to reach 3 inches!. No problems there!.
Make sure you eat plenty of dairy produce, contains essential calciulm and protein, for bone and muscle growth!.

Ask you mom if she knows how tall you were at 2!.
I cant remember what the calculation is (google it maybe)!?
but you multiply it by some number and it gives an estimate of your either at adult!.
Im just below 5'11!.
If you're 5'9 at 14 I'm pretty sure you'll be 5'11!.
What are your parents heights like!?
what about your grandparents!?
Look to them for a good guesstimate on what your height may be!.
