My friend told me that if a boy puts a rubber band tightly around the base of his scrotum it makes sex better because his orgasms are a lot slower and last longer!. Well, they wont get strangled for air but it might cut off the blood supply to them, which could cause damage to them!. As long as he doesn't keep the rubber band on for several hours at a time it should be fine!. But if he starts to experience pain there he should go see his doctor and get check out!. Just make sure the rubber band is not too tight so that it cuts off the blood flow to the testes for a prolonged period of time!. It's the same as placed a rubber band tightly around your wrist or so; It constricts bloodflow and possibly sperm (not seminal) flow, which is why his orgasm lasted longer!.
