Yeah she is cheating, lots of people have posted about this before, she votes for herself with different accounts which is how she gets so many Best Answers even when her answers aren't very good!. If you notice, almost all her BAs are from votes rather than being selected, and usually 4 votes as well (probably the same 4 of her accounts)!. I don't know why she's doing it!.
Girls can definitely be knowledgeable in Men's Health and there are a lot of great female answerers here but that particular one is a cheat!.
