the other day me and my girlfriend were fooling around and it got a little far we didnt have sex but i helped her wiht my hand befroe s he could return the favor tho we were interupted and had to stop after i had calmed down a bit i realized that my testicals had started to hurt like i had gotten kicked down there they were really sore and it hurt to walk or lean over after about 3-4 hours it had went away
im kinda worried is this caused because i had failed to reach my climax when i was really turned on or is it something i should have checked out

This sounds like "Blue Balls" which is just congestion of sperm going back into the testicles!. If the male is highly aroused and close to ejaculation when the stimulation stops, causing the sperm that was about to be ejected from the body to retrograde, thus causing the pain in the testicles you got!.
