Question: Is my boyfriend's testicle pain serious!?! =[[[[!?
My boyfriend's testicles were hit last night by his friends shoving a bass amp into where he was standing!. He says that it hurt really bad, obviously, but today he said it felt was like they aren't even there and that they felt sort of "squishy"!. Other repercussions are that the pain increases when he lifts things, bends down, coughs, and sits down & he couldn't ejaculate!. They are tender to the touch, and also a little bit "lumpy"!. I've heard of losing a testicle, but is it possible to lose two!? Or is it even this serious!? I'm really worried, please help=[[[[[Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible to loose them both but probably not!.It is probably just tender from the impact,sort of like a bruise but there is always the possibility that one of them got ruptured,If the pain continues,i would suggest that he go get checked out by a doctor!.A rupture is not something you want to play around with and the squishy,pain and especially pain when coughing or bending down all point to a rupture!.Of course with a rupture,you will usually have some swelling present but everyone is different!.

It could be testicular tortion, and yes you must see a doctor immediately as it is considered a medical emergency!. It's when the spermatic cord is twisted so that blood supply is cut to the testicles!. The MD will do a surgery to relieve pressure or untwist the spermatic cord thereby returning blood supply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably just still sore from getting hit there!. My friend did lose his testicle (laugh it up, I laugh at him too sometimes) but he couldn't even function before he had to go to the hospital!. He literally couldn't do anything he was in so much pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
