Okay, I cried after a break up!. I'm a guy!. What's wrong with me!? How can I live with this!?!?
I thought that men didn't get emotional!. I feel like sh-poo for leaving the "MAN" code behind, and I'm sorry if girls find out about it becaus ethey clicked it even if it said not too!. But please guys, did I lose my manly!?

Hey listen! A guy who shows his emotions is perfectly fine!. It is just a stereotype that guys shouldn't show their emotions!. Emotions have one of the most powerful effects on our bodies and controls practically everything we do!. If a guy hold all his emotions/anger/torment/upset, inside him, it will be expressed in other ways such as aggressiveness or personality changes!. But there is nothing wrong with a man crying or showing how he feels!. And no you didn't loose your manly!

No - don't worry about what others say or think!. It's ok to be sensitive & somewhat emotional!. But, if there's no chance of a reunion - then you need to get over it!. If your girl had been killed in an auto accident, it would have been sad & tragic & you would have cried - but you would eventually realize that life goes on - and you would get on with the rest of your life!. I don't like to live by 'CODES'!.!. Who are these codes for!? Who made up the rules for these Codes!? A Code for me may not be the right Code for you! Forget about feeling ashamed for crying - it's nobodies business but yours!. Try not to let others govern what you say or think!. No matter what, through some point of a man's life he cries!. Especially if you care enough for someone!. When you see these macho men strutting around, it's mainly an act and if showing no emotion at all, means you're a "man" then I definately don't want to be with a man!.

I've been married over 12yrs and I've made my husband cry a few times!. He's human after all!.

Maybe you broke your leg, maybe your mom died, maybe your gf lied to you about everything and used you and left you for another guy or even another girl, who cares! You are allowed to cry as a human being!. There are plenty of guys who cry!. My ex bf would cry when me and him got in big serious fights!. I didn't think any less of him!. It just shows that whoever made you cry really had your care, trust, and love!. I don't see what's bad about that!? But if you really feel bad about it just work out or work on a car or whatever other guy things there are to do!. Mostly though don't think that just because you cried that you're any less of a man!.
