Restless Hand Syndrome?!
Question: Restless Hand Syndrome!?
Ive heard of restless leg syndrome!.!.!.but for me, its RHS!.!.!.restless hand syndrome!. My hands are always doing something, until i fall asleep, even when im not focusing on them!. This doesnt always mean jacking the ol' corn dog, it can be waving them in the air while talking, typing, stretching my fingers, or anything of the sort!. Does anyone else have this, and is there a medical name and/or treatment for it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

At its worst, it *could* be the onset of Parkinsons' which is considered an old person's disease, but it can affect younger ppl as well!. However, it's far more likely you don't have enough calcium in your body!. Cal!. is Mother Nature's sedative!. I also think some Zinc might be a help!. too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
