ok im 13 and my penis regular(not hard) is 2' when hard its 3!.5" !.!.is this a good thing or bad!?!. and im good for a 13 year old!? please help!

This is a fine size, for you've got more than 5 years left to grow!. The average adult male penis is about 5-6 inches long when erect and you're close to that now!. By the time you've completed puberty, you'll be about 5-6 inches, which is good!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's hard to tell (no pun intended) what a regular size should be!.
Sure there's an average, about 51/2 but there are many factors that could affect perceived size!. If you're shorter, cut or chubby it could seem smaller than it actually is!. I was about your size at your age and now I have the opposite problem, which is not as fun as it sounds!.
Most people I know didn't stop growing till 17 so don't worry about it too much!. Try not to sign on to those "male enlargement" programs none of them work!. Just stay away from estrogen heavy stuff like red meat and soy and try to work out to get those hormones going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
