When you hear ratios and numbers!. you have to remember that every body is different!. The three inch rule is just an average!. there will definitely be people who have arms longer than 3 inches and some that have shorter than it!. It doesnt mean that they are abnormal!. I think Michael phelps is 6"3 and i think he has the wingspan of someone who is 6"7!.
There are also some genetic conditions such as marfan's syndrome which is characterized as tall skinny people and really long arms!. The kind of arms that reach their knees when they stand up!. I am not saying you have that!. Just for your information

Maybe you have a curved spine, that can make your height less than it "should" be, thus making your wingspan measurement more than your height measurement!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
because nothing in nature is exact your height and span is probably right for you and your 15 you've got about another 6 years ish till full maturity so you'll grow some moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
