Question: Is not growing an inch in 3 years normal for a 16 year old!?
I am 16 and I have stayed 5'3 since I was 13!.
Have I stopped growing in height!?

Yep, you got it "random growth spurts"!. You have not stopped growing and you really can't predict with any real certainty as to when a growth spurt will hit!. Everyone grows and stalls at different rates!. But the general consensus is that you continue to grow until about 24!. Also you may want to take a look at your family history to get a general (key word here is "general") gage as to how tall you may finally end up when all is said and done!.
So don't worry, your still young and have allot of growing to look forward to and don't forget the tables can turn at any time and instead of stalling for so long you may all of the sudden shoot up!. It's possible to grow several inches in a matter of months with growth spurts!.

well!. I'm 16 and I have grown and inch or gained a pound since the sixth grade!. I think I was like 11 or 12!.
Back than I was a lot bigger than everybody else, but than they kept growing and I never did!. I'm five feet and 100 pounds!.
You still could grow more, but you could not!.
idk!. boys and girls grow different, and I'm guessing your a guy!.!.!? so I think you still have a pretty good chance!. ;)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do not know why you are not growing!.!.but I do know that guys normally do not stop growing til they are in their twenties!.!.as for being the same height for three years!.!.my brother was the same way!.!.until his summer before his senior year!.!.he was only 5'4" before the summer started and he was 5'9 after he graduated!.!.dont fret!.!.you'll grow!.!.lol!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actually, i guess it depends on your parents!. If they are shorter, like you are at the moment, you may have stopped growing for good!. But I know someone who had a huge growth spurt at 17 and became 5'10!. It happens!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I suspect a growth spurt is on the way!. But if not, nothing you can do about it!. You'll just have to go through life being 5'3" until you get taller!. And if you don't, too bad shorty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You could have another sudden grow spurt!. Guys can start puberty as late as 16!. Also men don't stop growing until about 21 years of age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
