You can go to a men's spa that does hair removal!. Sometimes the male masseurs offer a complete body shave for a fee!.
Not cheap but it gets the job done!.
That said, having hair of your body is part of being a grown up adult man!. Why not just leave it as it is!. Shaving a beard is enough of a chore without having to worry about constantly shaving the rest of your body!.
There are places you cannot shave yourself -- so if you decide to go that route, you'll need someone who is willing to do it for you!.

The easiest way and least maintenance is to buy an electric clippers they sell ones specifically for men!. Shaving with a regular razor leaves ingrown hairs, and nasty, itchy stubble after a day or two!. Waxing can be expensive and hurts like hel!
The clippers/male groomer leaves hair about 1/16" so its not so short its itchy or will get ingrown, and it still appears smooth!. To maintain do about every other week!.
