Okay I've been taking protein for a couple years now but I just had a question!.!.!. on the label it says to take with cold water!.!.!. can I take the whey protein with milk!? its chocolate flavored so could I just make a milkshake/protein shake!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mixing it with another drink isn't going to affect the protein, and whey protein actually comes from milk!. If your gonna do a milkshake then make sure you are doing enough exercise to burn off the calories from the sugar, or just don't use ice cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well the Protein mix is formulated to be most effective when wet, say with water!. I think that it wouldnt affect the protein if you were to add it to milk apposed to water!.
