The guy in your local cola shop is probably referring to the fact that you are too young to be having sex!. Sex is something that comes with a huge deal of responsibility, and on top of that, it's a very emotional interaction, and 13 year olds are probably too young to handle either effectively!. You're just entering puberty, if you're not there already, and that in itself is a confusing time in a guy's life, and you don't need to complicate things with the addition of another person who's equally confused as you are!. Wait a couple of years before bothering with sex, by then, you should have matured enough where you can understand and handle the emotions and responsibilities of sex!. If you just want a condom, hopefully for masturbation purposes, there is no age limit, at least here in the US, and I know for a fact that the US is much more prudish when it comes to matters involving sex, so if that's the case here, it's likely the case in the UK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry but your 13 and condoms are normally for the average sized "MAN" you've more thn likely only just started puberty so wearing a condom for you is like a normal guy wearing a foot sock, and I believe the shop owner realises this, and knows that your just going to blow it up and pop it and leave it somewere so he just dont wanna waste good johnnys, my advice do what i did when I was 11 sneak into a working mens pubs go into toilet and get them from there, but if you manage to get your hand into deposit slot and pull the metel tab then they all shoot out and you get loads for FREE!Www@Answer-Health@Com
