Yeah, that's total BS!. Masturbation and ejaculation has absolutely nothing at all to do with how you build muscle or exercise!. What you experienced is called exhaustion!. As you're aroused and near orgasm, the male body tenses it's muscles, thus the firmness, you begin breathing heavier, and if you've not noticed, you tend to sweat too!. After you orgasm, the male body becomes tired, and well, it's kind of obvious that if you're tired, you won't be able to exercise well enough!. It won't stop your muscles from being built though, so dispel that nonsense right now!. You merely went from tense to relaxed, that has nothing to do with your actual muscle structure!. If you want to stop feeling so tired, masturbate after you work out or even long before you work out, and you should have no problems with being too tired!. But please, do use some logic before you consider things like this!. People have been having sex for years, and frequently for that matter, so if what you thought was true, men would be flimsy, bone thin, and frail, but I think if you look around, you'll notice that's not the case!. A little forethought on things like this does help an awful lot in helping you solve your issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People say a lot of garbage and unfortunately lots of gullible people believe the crap!. Masturbation does not make you weak, burns only like 100 calories or so!. Not a whole lot of physical effort involved, so any perceived side effects are just in your mind!.
Masturbation is arousal and erection and stimulation to ejaculation!. Same process as having sexual intercourse, but using your hand instead of a vagina, and not as much fun!. So if masturbation was "bad" for your health, then having sexual intercourse would be bad too since IT IS THE SAME THING!. Most of the guys you work out with are either having sex frequently or most likely masturbating daily!. Any "problems" you have are just guilt trips from all the crap you hear about how masturbation is "bad"!. It is just solo sex, no big deal and your body is designed to have sex!. First of all WET dreams only occurs when you have some fantasy! it happens to all people!. When they think some erotic images, or they called it "EROTIC FANTASY"!. When you go to sleep what you think actually been visualized in your dream about 70% of it!. But if you think it so disturbing try to get some help!. Go to a psychologist or health care provider to assist you in your problem, it's the best and only way to solve your doubt and questions!.

Well in essence i think what u are asking is how u can stop the wet dreams!? U see wet dreams are triggered by erotic thoughts and dreams!. So u have to purge your mind of all such thoughts b4 u go to bed!. U can do this by reading something spiritual like the bible for instance!. Or maybe even doing math before u go to bed!. Try it and see!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sex is actually a good exercise!. So the masturbation bit is wrong, the weakness you feel afterwards comes from even more exercise!. (Meaning you're just tired after a good work out)Www@Answer-Health@Com

do the men or women turn you on!? i think thats why your having wet dreams dont worry!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
