i am not sexual active and i dont drink ive been to the doctor but my pain is so bad i dont want to tell my mom cuz i think she will get upset cuz we have been to the hospital 4 timesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is unlikely that a 16 year old has an enlarged prostate!. This is something that a doctor should diagnose!.
