My fitness routine. ?!


Question: My fitness routine!. !?
Hey there guys just need to ask a question!.

for the last two weeks i have started on a fitness routine, it involves a mix of playing Football once a week, Squash Twice a Week and Swimming twice a weeek!. I also do Push Up's and Sit upd!. I Mix them up so for example push ups leading with one arm etc etc

Now i have gone up from 50 to 100 sit ups and from 50 to 70 push ups and my abs are coming along nicely!. Im starting to see the arm muslce!.

What i gotta ask is will this workout help torn my pecs aswell!. I forgot about them!. I already have quite muscular legs from football and squash and now im worried cause im gonna have muscular legs, abs and arms and then crap pecs so just asking!.

If i carry on this routine will they start to develop (cause i heard swimming and push ups help them) or should i add another erexcise to improve them alone!.

Yeah your pecs will still "grow" under the influence of doing such exercises!. And I think you know that push-ups also give you pecs, right!?

Don't worry about it, just keep doing your routine and you will see the difference!. But remember that you also need good nutrition as well!. Eat foods that with high protein (such as eggs, fishes, lean meats and every kind of nuts) give you bigger pecs!. Not to mention you can also drink whey protein shake to bulk up your muscles!.

And if you want to do workouts that with weights, you can also use dumbbells or go to the gym room!.

Go to YouTube and search for the kind of exercise you want by key in the keywords!. Like "Shoulders workout" or "Chest workout" will give you lots of videos that teach you how to work them!.

Since you are seeing the difference now so it wouldn't be hard for you to get into your goal and your ideal body!.

ok so what you do are wide pushups!. like your hands are far apart!. that will stretch your chest when you move, growing the muscle from the pushups!. also try to elevate your feet so the pushup is harder!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
