I am afraid to pull back my foreskin...?!

Question: I am afraid to pull back my foreskin!.!.!.!?
When I was retracting my foreskin for the "first time", I pulled it all the way to the back of the glans but when I did, I had a hard time sliding it back up because it was stuck!. Now it's been about a week since I haven't started retracting my foreskin back again because I am afraid it will get stuck again!. Should I try it again to see if it is better now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
first off, u shouldnt be afraid to pull it back, b/c it is designed to do just that, depending on how clean it is down there, and since u said it was the first time uve attempted to retract it fully, the skin may be tight, but it is never,, i repeat, never going to get permanently stuck!. my advice, start again,if it's hard to get back up, dont panic, b/c just like before with a little help it will!. keep doing this and eventually the skin will move freely back and forth without any trouble!. You should be retracting your foreskin whenever you take a shower to clean your penis!. If it's not moving easily, you need to spend some time gently working your foreskin back and forth, either in the shower with warm water and soap to lubricate it, or out of the shower, get some vaseline or lube and do that same thing!. If you don't stretch it out, you will develop a condition called phimosis- in which you can't retract your foreskin at all, and will require surgery to remove your foreskin or to make a small clip in your foreskin to allow you to retract it!.
The more you work on your foreskin, the easier it should be to retract!. If it doesn't get any easier after a few weeks, then you need a doc!.
Using lubrication will help you retract and replace your foreskin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep trying to pull it back but don't pull it all the way!. Just do it a little bit each day and it should get looser after a while so it can slide freely up and down but won't get stuck!.

I'd suggest you go to a doctors to get it checked out and don't be dumb like the guy that answered first and "cut" it off!. Have a doctor do it if you really want it gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
