If some one wears slacks ranging from size 38-40!. What size mens underwear will be best; 36-38 or 40-42!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on the underwear type!. generally, I prefer to go one size larger than my actual waist, so you'd want the 40-42!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
