Question: Extreme Workouts/Ultimate Workouts (For Men)!?
Hey, so I have been working out for 4 months but i took a break for a month cause i was working and it was summer and its now time to get back into things!. I haven't gained weight, i have stayed the same but I need a harder workout!. My thighs aren't real fat but they could be skinnier and same with my butt!. Anyone know an extremely hard workout that I can do 3x or more a week to get a killer body!. I'm almost there but I need that huge push!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your trying to slim and get more toned, I would focus more on areobic activity, as it sounds like you are already doing well with muscle!.
Running, Biking, swimming, Areobics, all good ways to have a more cut body;)
