Yes, that's very normal!. I believe the average is in the high 5 range, and keep in mind that's an average!. So some are smaller and some are larger!. You're plenty big!.!.!.I heard a girl talk about how she still had plenty of fun with her boyfriend who was only about 3" long!. Slightly below average but not greatly so!. The average is about 6 inches erect!. Just keep in mind that the ladies will appreciate you more for your 'staying power' (the ability to last a long time before ejaculation thus satisfying your partners) that for the length of your equipment!.

You should not worry about the size of your penis!. As noted in other answers there are no exercises, pumps, or pills or herbs that are going to change the size of your penis or your mate's vagina!. Next, every one develops at different rates!. You body size and penis size may not maximize until you are at least age 19!.
Here are the major studies (where someone other than the subject does and reports the measurements: self reporting adds about an inch to the results) which are taken on males of age 19 or above:
