What kind of workout should I do to improve strength and stamina?!


Question: What kind of workout should I do to improve strength and stamina!?
I'm 16 and kind of skinny!. I don't want to do anything that will effect my development/growth!. Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
You can do any exercises that you don't feel strain on your joints!. For me, I have weaker shoulder joints so push-ups are a no!. Stamina and endurance can be increased by running or jogging!.

Do not do sprints to increase stamina! Running long distances works much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
