How to widen torso??!


Question: How to widen torso!?!?
Well i am like soo skinny and i don't like it at all!. I mean my chest area is wider than my stomach and hips!.!. so it like goes from big to skinny and then widens at my legs!.!.!. how do i make my hips and stomach area more wider so i don't look soo skinny!? Like yea i know i have to eat but like fatty foods!? Won't i just get fat!? Like if you could please just be specific as possible!.!.!.

take a weight or medicine ball and set it on the floor!. sit down with your back to the ball/weight!. twist and pick up the item twist and set it down back where it was but from the other side!. this move should take 4-5 seconds for each twist and reverse direction every 10 count!. vary the weight if you can!. Do 40-60 reps 3-4 days a week!. this will develop all the mucels in your lower abdominal region!. and make you thicker with out eating to much more!. and risking getting fat!. also situps with weight on you chest!. do the sit ups in kinda a circular motion!. both of these can hurt you back if done improperly so do them slow and with light weight to start!. Wide pelvises are for women, in order to give birth!. Its just how you are built!. There's not much you can do about it being a male!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
