Answers:
circumcision removes the skin over the glans of the penis, the foreskin keeps the glans sensitive and allows for gliding motion that greatly enhances sex and masturbation, the surgery is done often at birth to reduce lawsuits from forcing it on children later on as they will exceed the limitation on the time to sue before they turn 18!.

it is done for tradition now, people argue health effects but that reasoning is no longer valid as we have running water and such!. the main health effects that started the whole popularity of circumcision thing was in the victorian era when sex and masturbation were dirty and unclean, circumcision removes the most sensitive parts (as later proven by the Sorrell's fine touch study) and was thought to prevent the unhealthy habit of masturbation (according to thoughts at the time)

I restored mine non surgically, and I can say having one makes a HUGE difference, don't listed to the people that have only known one way, how can they possibly know if it makes a difference

No you will not become uncircumcised!. If you are uncircumcised, only a Doctor can remove the foreskin and it requires surgery!. Don't decide this until you become a man!. If you get it done, you will lose some sensitivity in having sex that you may not want to lose!.

You should not worry about getting a circumcision unless you have a tight foreskin and cannot pull it back to clean the head of your penis underneath!. However, it depends on your age!. Some boys cannot pull it back until they get into their mid teenage years!. Don't force it -- you could injure yourself!.

Ask you Dad to buy you a book called "What's Happening to My Body!?" written for teenage boys at any large book store!. If he does not want to, ask him to at least check it out at the book store before saying no!.

Part of growing up to be a man is not being shy about asking your Dad about personal stuff that involves your body!. He's your Dad!. Just tell him you want to find out from him and not from some guys your age that don't know what they are talking about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm!.!.!.!.no!
Uncircumcised means you still have your foreskin attached to your penis, and if you are circumcised the foreskin will not magically regrow!.
If you have skin covering the head of your penis you are uncircumcised (uncut), if you don't have skin covering the head of your penis then you have been circumcised (cut), most likely at birth!.
Which ever you are, you will remain so after having had sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bless your heart! I guess you really don't know, do you!?
