First of all, that "little bit of skin," is about 50% of the penile skin that they amputate!. This skin has a lot of nerve endings, and the remaining ones that aren't removed are damaged permanently!.
Scar tissue further reduces sensitivity, and then keratinization, or callousing of the tissues of the glans and surrounding area meant to be covered by the foreskin adds to diminishing sensitivity, and this continues to diminish throughout the victim's life!.

For the woman, the smoother tissues of the intact male's penis combined with the motion of the foreskin mean less abrasion to the vaginal walls, as opposed to the dry and calloused circumcised penis!.
The motion of the foreskin also provides more stimulation to both the man and woman!.

I'm restoring my foreskin, using a device called the TLC Tugger!. This stretches the shaft skin over the glans, allowing new skin cells to grow and form a new foreskin!. While this won't replace the nerve endings amputated with the original foreskin, the coverage of the glans dekeratinizes the skin, making the sensitivity much more intense, and the inner foreskin regains a lot of sensitivity, also, plus the motion of the foreskin is very erotic!.

This is a long process, taking several years, and it isn't easy, nor comfortable!. It is, however, well worth it and it's like having a new penis, one with "all of the working parts!."

I belong to several restoration support groups, including NORM, the National Organization of Restoring Men, and I know several restorers who were circumcised in their late teens, and they concur that:

Sex with an intact foreskin is a!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. 10
Sex after circumcision is a!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. 3

Circumcision is genital mutilation!. It damages the penis, destroys sexual sensitivity and ability, diminishes the size of the penis, and it totally unnecesary!. 80% of the men in the world are intact!.
Circumcision is abnormal and unnatural!.

A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called foreskin restoration!. It's where they try to re grow the foreskin!. The new foreskin doesn't have all the nerve endings that it did before it was removed, but it does increase sensitivity of the head of the penis because it protects it from rubbing up against clothing and stuff!.
The head of the penis is the most sensitive part, just like your clit is your most sensitive part!. When you remove a mans foreskin you are removing 1000+ nerve endings, and you are also removing the protective covering of a mans penis!. When it's removed the head of the penis rubs up against clothing and it desensitises the penis a little bit!. So if a guy were to regrow and restore his foreskin it would cover the head of his penis and protect it from things rubbing against it and it will make it a little bit more sensitive, but still a lot of nerve ending were lost durring his circumcision, that he will never be able to get back
Yes, you are right!. The penis is more sensitive when a guy is not circumcised!. The skin that is removed durring a circumcision if VERY sensitive, and cutting it off will resort in loss of a lot of sensitivity!.
There are no medical or health benifits to circumcision, ignore what people might tell you!. Doctors used to think that circumcision had many benifits and it made the penis healthier and cleaner and it will help prevent infection!. But new science has proven all of that wrong!. So don't buy any of it!.
Some woman have said that the extra skin does make it feel better, but it's all abot personal prefrence!.

foreskins can be restored, and without surgery

it's done by stretching the foreskin for long periods of time and then letting the skin and tissue expand under that tension, it takes a while, but can with time produce a foreskin indistinguishable from an intact penis

I have been restoring mine and I am close to finishing, it has been well worth the effort

check out this link, it covers the basics but has multiple links at the bottom for more information

The foreskin glides back and forth across his glans during intercourse!. This provides additional sensations!. Foreskin also has nerves etc and by reason that it protects his glans from rubbing on clothing and so on, his glans is more sensitive too!.

It has been said plenty of times by women that that women can't feel the difference during intercourse!. Some women claim that a foreskin creates less friction which is also logical!.

To restore a foreskin a guy goes through a rediculous amount of trouble!.!. stretching what remains of his foreskin for about two years !.!. the stretching promotes the foreskin to grow back!. This stretching is done with double sided tape and bindings!.!. so his penis is strapped up for two years!.!.!. he needs to undo it to take a piss!.!. so you can see that it is an arduous task!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are manual ways of restoring a foreskin on a circumcised penis, and there is surgery but that is risky!.
The "little bit of skin" aids sexual intercourse and masturbation and makes it more pleasurable, especially for the man!.

Several of my friends say they had much better sex before they were circumcised!. I'm not sure if they can restore it!.!.unless you have plastic surgery or something!. But the skin really does improve it!. Normally just feeling it sliding backwards and forwards over the head is enough for some people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the foreskin is full of nerves, so it makes sex more intense!. The foreskin can't be functionally restored - once the nerves are cut, they don't grow back!. You may get something that looks similar to a foreskin by stretching what is left, but it will not feel the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
