I am not entirely sure what you are referring to! Do you mean having the glans of your penis exposed most of the time!? A bell-end used to mean that you were circumcised when I was a kid!. Do you know about circumcision!? This is an operation that removes part of your foreskin so that your glans is always visible!. Some guys experiment with keeping the foreskin pulled back with various strategies!. This will give you an idea of what the glans eventually will feel like if you keep it exposed!. it becomes dry and much less sensitive to the stimulation of underwear!.

Just pull your foreskin back but don't leave it behind the glans for too long because it's not meant to be there, if yours is too tight then keep practising pulling it back daily and it will get looser, yes it's normal for it to be sensitive but the more you touch it (really gently) the less sensitive it will get!.

dude you have one it us just coverd with your skin your uncircimsized and it will be coverd unless you pull back the skin!. there is nothing wrong with yoru unit you just were not cicrcimsized where dudes that were they tip (bell end) is allways exposed and isnt as sensitve as yours cause yours is allways coverd
