Never used one!. But I saw a news report a couple of weeks ago and they showed that it's just a piece of thick paper inside it, and that it doesn't really work!. I personally wouldn't buy it!. Best of luck with your decision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I really don't think so personally, all that crap they sell on tv for $19!.99 is always that, crap!. Just like the "ab belt" that is supposed to give you a six pack!.!.!.!.all it does it shock your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
