Don't panic! This just happened to someone I know!. He went to the doctors and he was told that it was from hemorrhoids!. Not just older people can get them!. Its from a lack of fiber in your diet usually!. Eat more high in fiber foods: Bran Flakes, pears, berries, oranges, beans, cauliflower, apples, prunes, carrots, broccoli!. Replace white bread with whole grain breads and cereals!. popcorn, oatmeal, brown rice instead of white!. When you increase your amount of fiber intake you should always increase your fluids intake!.
