Oh dont worry about it, your friends have gone through puberty and you havent, its not like you wont!. You just a late bloomer, its natural im a LATE bloomer lol im 16 and only half way through puberty and i know how you feel my penis hasent grown but i have a mustache and stuff :) voice is deepening its all good!.!.!. just dont get too jealous because you wont find puberty cool when you hit it!.!.!. it means a lot more responsibilities!.
