Left Testicle pain?, please mature answerers only .?!

Question: Left Testicle pain!?, please mature answerers only !.!?
Ok, so a couple days ago i was walking the streets of New York!.!.!.!. and all of a sudden my left testicle just started hurting!. i felt it and i found out that it wasn't the testicle that was hurting, it was the tubes thingies that go to it!. it felt like someone was pulling on my nut the whole time!. it felt like testicle got a little bigger against my leg, when id sit it would ease on me!. it hurt, felt like someone was squeezing those tubes, i felt it in my lower stomach on left side too!. it hurt for the whole day!.

I got scared and went to read about this stuff online, thought it could be hernia!.

but then the next day i didn't feel a thing everything was gone!.the pain is gone, i was gonna go to emergency room already!. but it still feels like the left testicle is "longer" / bigger and i always feel it against my leg!.

I'm just worried that i thought it was something really serious and got scared, but now its gone just like that!. and i keep thinking something is still wrong with it, even when everything stopped hurting!.

could something still be wrong with it!? like even after pain is gone!?
is it ok for left testicle to be a little bigger!?

anyone experience the same!?

never had this before
didn't get injured there or kicked there!.
I'm 19!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your active and lift weights it is normal!.!.!.!.

I have had it happen twice to me; it has something to do with groin muscles or the main lines to you sack area but is like any other pulled muscle problem, meaning it takes time to get back to normal!.

If it is gone now, no sweat!. It is gone, right!? If it becomes a frequent problem go to the doctor but don't get your balls felt up for one scare!. It does hurt pretty bad though, I can relive the experience just thinking about it, ouch!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like testicular elephantiasis!. With ordinary elephantiasis your legs swell up really large hence the name!. With testicular elephantiasis your nuts swell up as large as footballs and that is only with a relatively modest dose!. In severe cases your plums will grow so large that you will have to carry them around in a wheel barrow!.

Have a nice day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with all of the above!.
Keep in mind that with all men, one testicle hangs lower (and hence may appear 'larger') than the other!.!.!. generally it is the left one that is longer!.
Given the pain though, I'd definitely see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, see a doctor as soon as possible!. Don't take a chance on someone on here telling you to ignore it and it will be fine!. This is your body and your life so make the right choice and see someone with the knowledge to really help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't risk something being wrong and getting worse over time!. So you should go to the doctor as soon as possible!. It could be any numbers of things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a spermaticile, which is not that serious!. It could be a testicular tortion (where the tubes get twisted)!. A doctor has to flip the testes manually for that!. DO NOT try to do it yourself!. If its a spermaticile, the testicle may eventually go back down on its own but it probably won't!. Its treated medically!. Something coming on that fast is highly unlikely to be anything "serious" like cancer but that doesn't mean you shouldn't still see your doctor!. 5 minutes in a clinic and this will all go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Testicular Torsion

Advertising Disclaimer
Testicular torsion is a disorder in which the testicles rotate (twist) and strangle the spermatic cord, which consists of blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, nerves, and the duct that carries sperm from the body (vas deferens), cutting off the blood supply to the testicles!. Torsion can cause shrinkage (atrophy) and tissue death (necrosis), and may require surgical removal of the testicles (orchiectomy) if not treated promptly!. Torsion often occurs during sleep!.

Incidence and Prevalence
Testicular torsion primarily affects infants in the first year of life and adolescent boys age 12-18, although it can occur at any age!. Males with one or both testicles not descended into scrotum (cryptorchidism) develop testicular torsion more often than the general population!.

Risk Factors

Injury to the scrotum or groin and vigorous physical activity are risk factors!.

Causes

Injury to the scrotum can initiate a muscle spasm that cause the testicles to twist!. Some cases result from inadequate connective tissue that "anchors" the testicle within the scrotum!. Many cases are idiopathic (i!.e!., have no known cause)!.

Signs and Symptoms

Symptoms include the following:

Blood in semen
Lower abdominal pain
Lump in testicle
Nausea and vomiting
Sudden, severe testicular pain, followed by diminishing pain after several hours (after necrosis begins to set in)
Redness of scrotum
Swelling of one testicle
