Why do I feel sleepy when I work out?!
Question: Why do I feel sleepy when I work out!?
Hi, every time that I work out and I'm in the middle of a sport activity I start to feel like I want to go to sleep!.
Running or doing mountain Bike is the most common, and the funny thing is that I'm not even tired I feel like I could run 20 miles if I want to, but IDK what to do with my sleepy feeling!.
I just start to have a daily vitamin complex to see if that help!.
Any Idea what is going on!?!.!.!.!.!. if is something else!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I would say that you don't have any "fuel" for the fire!. You need to eat a mix of protein and carbs before working out!. That'll give you that boost when you are feeling slow!. I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal before working out, with a couple of cups of black coffee and Size On supplement!. I don't have any problems finishing my workouts!. Try this or maybe just a protein drink and an apple!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

just skip the sexual feelings if you do and you will be stronger after a week
