If you want to get those muscles bigger buy a flat bench and a universal weight collection: 45 pounders, 35 pounders, etc!.
Then get yourself a dumbell set: if you have money get the newest 350 dollar one that you can change instantly 10-60 pounds, bowflex I believe it is!. If poor buy whatever you need at the time you need it!.
These are the fastest routes to those huge biceps buddy!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever you do, do not buy the stupid all in one gym, that is the most low quality thing I've ever seen!. A bar with weights that can be addded works the best!. Also, buy a pull up bar and mount it to your wall! Also, a set of dumbbells might work to!. I recommend a bar that goes from 70-200lb and dumbbells of 30lb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if i were you i would buy some form of weight gain supplement and train at the same time, use free weights such as dumbells and and barbells, use a bench!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
