Question: What is the rough white rough patch of skin on my foreskin!?
i am uncircumsized and seem to have an issue !. i just turned 20 and noticed a white patch of skin just below the tip as well as the skin that attaches right to it on the underside of the head!. i also appear to have PPP around the rim of the tip!.
i havent been able to see a doctor due to no insurance and this really worries me!. basically its a rough spot of skin that turns white and raised on the skin!. i thought about doing a chem burn with tooth paste to get it off but decided against it due to no insurance!. instead was a took a razor and very carefully scraped and cut the top layer off!. no pain or discomfort and the skin became smooth as opposed to rough and sand paper ish!. afterwards it became rough in 1-2 days however a small color remained!. ive been treating it that way for about 3 weeks whenever i have a night with a girl!.
my one concern is maybe im using it too much (masturbation and sex) regularly!. read an article on how the penis can callus if damaged and i dont know if thats true or not!. ive had unprotected sex once but am pretty sure i dont have an std!. assuming its not an std any ideas!. would be greatly appreciated to know what was going on due to the lack of insurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is smegma or a combination of dead skin cells and oil from glands, and is normal!. If left without removal (use a kleenex or cotton ball) it forms a harder crust!. Shower often and dry, dry, dry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Never underestimate the power of Vitamin E oil!. Rub into skin daily after showering to keep skin soft & avoid cracking!. A little goes a long way, so you have to go easily with it!. What Robert said is true about the vitamin E oil!
If you are masturbation and dry rubbing the head a bit, it will get dry or sore!. You don't want to touch the head dry, but use a lube like KY or Astroglide!. Really slippery, is the feel good sensation of that part in particular!.
You mentioned having a foreskin, so you should keep it as a barrier between your hand the knob of your gear while your working it over Man!.
Use the vitamin E oil, and keep the foreskin protective sheath over the knob!. If you have a rub injury, the vitamin E oil will prevent the knob from forming any adhesion to the foreskin!. Vitamin E capsules for eating are cheap, and you can use a pin to poke a small hole in the capsule and control how it comes out so that you don't waste any!.
When you wash, use a body wash jell or a mild shampoo on the knob and around the head!. Just water isn't enough to remove any bacterial or white deposit if you have some!. Completely rinse, Use the vit!. E oil after, and close the foreskin over the head again to keep sensitivity high!.
