Sore muscles/joints?!


Question: Sore muscles/joints!?
Hey guys, so i just started going to a gym so i can try to get in shape again!.!.!. my muscles felt fine during and after my workout, but the next day i felt sooooo sore! Muscles and joints are sore when i move them, and makes lifting even light everyday items (my binder at school) hurts my muscles a bit!. I have to go workout again tommorow, and im kinda sore!. is there anything i can take to feel better!? i had a hot bath earlier, but im not noticing much difference!.!.!. im 16 btwWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey man, if it's your first time to work out like that the muscles are gonna hurt look just rest your muscles okay, you don't need to go 7 times a week!.

4 times a week is enough with breaks in between!.The first time I went my chest and joints on my upper body were paining a heck put after 3 days of chilling then I went again my body got used to it and I don't have any sore muscles now!.

So your body is gonna get used to it and also don't lift really heavy weights!.They can mess you up like crazy!.
I'm 14!.

Don't take any pills or any chemicals, go tomorrow, and do cardio, warm up, don't lift weights, the pain will get better soon, its just your first days, take a hot shower, shower head on vibrate if possible, and eat a lot of protein!. with a lot of rest!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some pain killers before your workout tomorrow!.
You can also put some ice on for 20 minutes followed by heat for 20 minutes!.

You might be working out too much!. Usually you are most sore the day after a workout though, so that was normal!. But maybe go easy the next time and then slowly work your way up to bigger/more enduring workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take glucosamine and chondroitin, for strenuous exercises, but I'm 50!. You should see a trainer or find foods with the necessary ingredients for allowing you to work out!.
