The head of my penis cannot come out?!

Question: The head of my penis cannot come out!?
Hi, I just turned 23 years and I have a problem with my penis!. I know that is normal for the male population to be able to fully retract the foreskin over the glans!. One year before I couldn't retract the foreskin at all, but after almost a year I can now retract it over my the head when flaccid but not when erect!. I would proceed with this but the thing is that I am scared of the condition called paraphimosis!. So my question is if someone knows when is the right period to fully retract the foreskin over the glans of the penis without causing paraphimosis, which is known as an emergency and need to be treated right away in the hospital!. Thank You!. p!.s!. I am not thinking of circumstation because I don't wanna go through the whole surgery and post operative proccedure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Isn't it interesting that some women advise men to get circumcised, when they themselves wouldn't consider being mutilated by female circumcision!?

No, male genital mutilation aka circumcision is never necessary or desirable as it damages the penis, sexual sensitivity and sexual ability!.

Since you're able to retract when flaccid, you should have enough of an opening to insert both index fingers in when flaccid, with the foreskin pulled all of the way forward over the head and beyond, and stretch gently sideways, pulling in opposite directions, to gradually and gently widen the opening for mobility/retraction of the foreskin eventually when erect!.

You are smart in not wanting to be mutilated, the complications and lack of sensitivity are not desirable and would diminish your sexual ability!.

I'm restoring my foreskin, as it destroyed more than the average amount of sensitivity due to nerve damage, and I can attest that sex is infinitely better with a foreskin!.

Did you know that most of the time a tight foreskin is caused because of premature retraction of an infant's or toddler's foreskin by people who are ignorant that it should NEVER be retracted until at least the age of about eight or so!? It's not as common in Europe, Asia or South America, as they know how to treat a normal, unmutilated infant or child!.

You're lucky to be whole, and complete, to enjoy a complete sexual experience!.

Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is with all the people suggesting circumcision!? It's good yuou have a whole and normal penis!. It sounds like stretching worked to help your tight foreskin, all you need to do is keep working on it when erect!. Paraphimosis is quite rare and I think it usually happens when you leave the foreskin retracted, not just retract it back and then replace it!. Keep trying to stretch it when erect!. If it gets worse there is surgery available (not circumcision) that can help with this - preputioplasty or a dorsal slit!.

Dude,

Go find a Urologist and get circumcised!. I was circumcised at 18 and would do it again in a heartbeat! Don't listen to the antis as there is no downside! I was circumcised in office with a local, no big deal at all (in and out in an hour) and healing was no big deal either! Sounds like you have more problems everyday than healing could be!Don't listen to Eric there is no great loss of sensativity, thats all scare tactics from the anti's!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just massage it with baby oil while you're taking a warm shower and start gently stretching the the foreskin opening!. You may need to insert your fingers inside the foreskin opening to stretch it further!. Do not do it so much or so far that it hurts!. You should see some improvement in a few weeks, but if you don't, you may need to see a doctor for further advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I was in your situation I would just get circumcised!. You can try all sorts of stretching techniques, but I am yet to hear of a successful stretch!.
If you get circumcised it will take a week to two weeks to recover and it is really not bad at all!. The pain is nowhere near as bad as the critics will tell you!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Parental neglect again !!.!.!.!. Quite another case & reason every infant boy should be circumcised @ birth!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A couple a decades ago nearly all male babies in Australia were circumcised!. This was done as a hygiene measure and had nothing to do with religion or culture!.

An example of men who had not been circumcised and who suffered for it in Australia where those who enrolled in the Australian Army and were sent to places where it was hot and sandy like North Africa!. They were made to be circumcised to prevent infection!. This made for some very sore men!. The most sensible thing to do is to circumcise boy babies and they get over this in a week or to and don't have any hygiene problems for the rest of their lives!.

I would suggest that you consult your GP about your problem and get yourself referred to a specialist urologist and NoAnteaterHere has suggested above!. This way you can have the operation!. You will not suffer for long!. It is not the end of the world!. I agree with H S, your parents would have done you a massive favour by having it done when you were a baby!.

I also agree with Rebekababy and the two others as you can see apart from Eric we all think that you need to have a circumcision!. Also think of the comfort of the young woman you may enter a relationship with!. It may make sex very uncomfortable and/or embarrasing if you can't function properly!.

Good Luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
