Answers:
In four weeks, you are probably looking at at lean muscle gain of about 1-2 pounds per week!. Any gain over that is likely going to be fat!.

Building lean muscle is tough and takes time!. If you worked hard at it and ate lots of healthy foods, you could realistically expect a 40-50 pound gain in a years time!. At 190 pounds and 6-8% body fat, you would have a very strong build and you would look great!. However, doing a clean bulk is very difficult!.

To gain muscle you have to not only exercise, but also eat lots! Figure on eating 1000 more calories per day than you burn!. Your trainer (if he/she knows what they are doing) can help you figure out your resting metabolic rate and then calculate how many calories you burn in a day (including exercise)!.!.!.you then eat 1000 more calories than that number (500 more if you want to limit the fat you gain, though progress will be slower) and keep at it until you reach your goal!. Then you cut the fat you gained and will be left with the muscle (minus a bit you will inevitably lose when you cut the fat)!.!.!.you then repeat the bulk, or maintain!.

Four weeks is not enough time to notice much size increase, though it it plenty to notice a gain in strength!. Use the four weeks to gain as much knowledge as you can from the trainer so you can continue working out on your own once your time is up!.

Google Testosterone Nation for more info about building muscle!.!.!.they have forums with thousands of users who can share info with you on workouts, nutrition, realistic goals and supplementing!.
