Why limit it to a specific time of day!? At work *flex abdominals*(as long as you don't need to concentrate on anything important)!. On the bus/train *flex*!. At traffic lights(if you're driving) *flex*!. Watching TV *flex*!. In front of the computer *flex*!. Basically, anytime you find that you don't need to use your abs(for supporting weights, as an example), flex them!. This keeps them "motivated"!. As a bonus, eventually you can isolate them, then you can do a "belly wave" without needing to get a beer gut first!. :D

Note, this works well in conjunction with butt flexes and pec flexes!. Try to set it up to where you can actually make your entire body from pecs to hips "ripple", and you could probably start attracting attention(good or not depends on where you do it and in front of whom!. ;) )Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it won't make a difference!. Not unless you are naturaly realllllly skinny!. It won't do anything!.
