Im 15 yrs old and my problem is that i have no idea on how to clean the parts of my penis that are beneath the fore skin !.it gets very Itchy at times please help me guys!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

From about the age of 8 years old you should have been able to retract your foreskin and your parents should have taught you to do so every time you bathed or showered!. This is essential for hygiene and your future sexual happiness!.
If your foreskin will retract, whilst washing just pull it right back to expose the whole glans (head) of the penis and the groove behind it!. Wash away all the yellowish white lumps of smegma using either plain water or a mild soap (sometimes needed to release the oily mass)!. Rinse well with plain warm water and replace your foreskin over the glans!. When drying yourself, retract the foreskin again and pat your glans dry - don't rub it vigourously with the towel!. Be aware that the glans will be quite sensitive to the touch, but this will ease the more you retract and wash yourself!.
If you cannot freely retract your foreskin then you need to see a doctor as you MUST be able to wash under it!. The doctor may show you how to gently stretch the foreskin, or may have to release some adhesions under it!. when you take a shower it is safe to pull the foreskin of your penis back and wash it with soapy warm water, make sure you rinse very well, some of that itchyness you are experienceing could be from soap that you dont rinse off when you take a shower!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
