This is a common bump in the road of puberty for intact young men!. The most likely reason is that the ring at the end of foreskin is not stretching open as far as it is supposed to!. You can fix this by stretching it open a little bit more each day, using your fingers!. Roll your foreskin forward over a couple of fingers, then gently spread them apart!. It may help to do this in the bath or shower, where your skin is relaxed and moistened!. After a time the opening should be wide enough so that you can slide your foreskin behind your glans even when your penis is erect!. If your skin is very resistant to stretching, the doctor can give you some cream to help relax it!. In extreme cases the doctor can take a little snip in the foreskin to let it open wider!.

Sometimes as you grow, your penis takes up more room in the foreskin, not allowing it too much room to go back!. When you become erect to have sex, your foreskin will hug the penis so you can easily penetrate the vagina without the foreskin moving!. Josh your skin should be able to pull back over the head of your unit if you keep trying to pull back a little each day in the shower eventually you will get it back!. the opening of your skin is too small to allow the head to come through if you work it you will be okay in time!.

Don't worry about it!. It won't stop the pleasurable feeling for either partner!. If it becomes a source of discomfort for you - consider having a circumcision procedure done!. Josh my sweet boy ! I have heard of this problem from so many guys!. I myself never had that problem!. If you use some johnson's baby lotion in the pink bottle and get ur self all wet and slick with the lotion and gently work your skin up and down and keep gently applying a little more pressure each time u pull it down!. Don't pull down so much that it hurts but just enough to stretch it on a daily basis!. several times a day!. It will get easier and easier!.
