i have never touched the penis head underneath my foreskin, is this something i really should have done!? and should do!?
What does it feel like, i think i'm just scared it'll be really, really sensitive, and i don't know if its a normal thing to be done!.!.

It's your body, and it's surprising that your father didn't teach you anything about your penis!.
Of course it'll be sensitive, but it won't kill you, just get used to pulling back the skin daily for short periods of time and the sensitivity will diminish to normal levels!.
Don't leave the foreskin back overnight, or it will swell and it will really be painful!.
If it's tight, it can be stretched to accomodate mobility and retraction to normal levels!. Don't be so scared, you're becoming a man, and it's time to start acting like one!.
All guys are confused during puberty!. You're lucky that your parents loved you enough to leave you intact, not chop off your foreskin, like some, leaving you with half of the sensitivity or less than you will have to enjoy an adult sexual experience when the time comes!.

Well it would feel good so yeah you should I'm surprised you haven't just pull the foreskin back you need to do that to wash under there anyway, the head may be a bit sensitive at first but after you touch it and rub it gently it will get less sensitive!.

you should retract the foreskin fully to wash under there anyway, if not you can get a build up of Smegma which is a smelly white deposit which is unpleasant and there is a small risk of infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
