Question: Rate my pics and give advice for getting bigger!!?
I am no where near where I want to be (muscle wise) I fear that eating more calories will make me fat! I am already up to about 4000 a day!. I feel stuffed all the time!. How do I raise my calorie intake without packing on the fat!? I have been using protein shake!. I run 2 miles every other day w/ 45 minute heavy bag and weight train on the days I do not run!. It's been a year and a half and I have improved a lot!. It seems as though I have peeked and am not gaining any more muscle!.

Dude! If you want to get bigger quickly naturally, you need to change your workout a bit!. I know because i've done this!. Look into H!.I!.T training!. Basically what you do is a full body workout approx 2x a week, that's all!. For example, Mon you'll do 1 set of bench press with a heavy weight!. Use a slow controlled movement, do as many reps as you can to failure, then go to the next exercise without resting!. This total body workout will take you no more than 45 minutes!.!.!.tops! You'll see the results in size and strength!.!.!.quickly!. You should also add Tribulus and L-Arginine to your supplement regimen!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, stop doing cardio, your burning all of your calories away, you need them for size!. Second, when working out for mass, everything must be done to perfection!. This is what i do, a high protein shake i mean high like 55g protein one hour before workout, 25g of protein within 30 min after your workout!. Med weight 10-12 reps 3 sets 1-2min rest between sets!. Most important of all - Sleep, 8!.5 hrs a night, 24 hr recovery time (min)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say get some MRE's from your local distributors or service place!. Ask em where you can order em from if they don't have any to spare!. Each MRE is a 3600 calories!. It's 1 lb!. You should bulk up on a very healthy level!.
