Question: I am 16 and 5'3" will I grow more!?
My dad was about 5'5" and my mom is about 5'4" so yes I have a short family, but both of my brothers have reached about 5'5 3/4"!. I am 16 5'3" and weigh about 140!. When do you think I will grow these last 2 inches!? I'm worried that I will be shorter then my brothers!. When I want to reach atleast 5'5"!! Does diet or exercise help you grow!? And when do you think these last 2 inches will come me!. my two brothers are ages 19 and 21 Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was shorter than that at your age and grew substantially later on!. I doubt you'll see much more growth, if any, and obviously because of your parent's height!. You might find encouragement that your brothers are a little taller, so it is possible you may grow a little more!. Just make sure you're eating right , getting plenty of rest, and exercising!. Ask your brothers how old they were when they finished growing and that should be a good indication of when you'll finish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
