Odd urination question...?!

Question: Odd urination question!.!.!.!?
Most of the time when my fiance urinates it smells really bad!. He has tried a million different things like changing what he drinks and stuff like that!. He doesn't have insurance and can't visit a doctor, so if anybody has any tips they would be much appreciated!. He doesn't have any infections or anything like that, no STI's (been checked for that before and I don't have any!.!.!.), nothing that I can figure out! Www@Answer-Health@Com

His diet and nutritional status may very well be the blame!. But also, metabolic and blood disorders have been known to do this because of the increased amount of ammonia in the urine!. I would start with the diet, though, but unfortunately it would take a visit to the doctor or a trained dietician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest 2 things, 1st that he'd increase the amount of water he drinks, his urine should look as clear as the water he drinks, if it's not, he needs to drink more, very basic most people just don't drink enough water, they think they do, but don't!. 2nd, don't delay going to the bathroom, when he gets the urge he should go, not hold it until another time!. these two things should resolve is problem within a few days, but he'll need to keep it up otherwise the problem will returnWww@Answer-Health@Com

He should have his blood glucose levels checked for Diabetes!. This is one thing that can cause the urine to be odorous!.

Until your fiance can have some blood work done, at least have him start drinking, (real) cranberry juice, (as well as the water!.) Cranberry juice is a natural remedy that even works for urinary tract infections!. Drink a small glass a couple of times a day to keep the kidneys flushed out and urinating often!. This is an easy and possible temporary fix until he can check it out with a doctor!. Hope it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually taking vitamins is more likely to make your urine smell bad rather than the opposite!. If he is taking vitamins is probably taking too much, which can have quite a negative effect on more than just urine smell!. There really are too many possibilities for even a Urologist to answer without an exam!. Most of the causes are no need for concern, but still!.!.!.eveyone should get an occasional checkup, however your pee smells!. ( + :Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's really smelly it's probably a cleanliness issue!. He could have a bit of a growth, and (this is gonna sound gross) when the warm urine flows past, it heats up this fungal or bacterial growth and powers up the smell!. It happens more often in uncircumcised males!. He may need someone to show him how to actually clean *everything* there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking plenty of water may help!. It could be from certain foods he eats!. Having no insurance is a shame but maybe you could just ask some !?'s on the phone to a nurse!. Usually they are very kind and helpful like that!. Also pharmacists give advice on the phone also!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would have to say to put water as the main beverage / thirst quencher!. but other wise there really isn't much else to do!. i know that it should get better over time, because the reason it smells is because there is something very minor that's wrong!. but again, water and timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't trip, it's probably something in his diet that is doing it, or antibiotics or something, no big deal really!.!.

Is it dark in colour!?
Smelly urine can be caused because it's concentrated, meaning he's dehydrated!.
Drink lots more water!.

Vitamins won't do any good- a lot of urine is unneeded vitamins!
