Is phimosis a problem Do i have phinosis?!

Question: Is phimosis a problem Do i have phinosis!?
ok im 17 and i dunno i ~might~ have phimosis!. The foreskin, off the penis, is the same length erect as it is flaccid and when erect i can only pull it back to the end of the penis, and the same when flaccid i guess!. I can't pull it back over even slightly coz it starts to stretch and hurt!. There's just gap enough to like see the entrance to the urethra and maybe a milameter or 2 inside!. I have had Absolutely no problems masterbating and no problems urinating, ever; no pain (well!.!. no pain kinda 19 out of 20 times after masterbation) Do i have phimosis or do i like have a tight banjo string or something!? It's always been like this for as long as i can remember!. I had just thought i had a long foreskin or something, i didn't know it was a condition till about a couple minutes ago and now im a bit worriedWww@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt it's phimosis, it's more likely natural!. Most guys experience some tightness of the foreskin in their teens, especially if they've never retracted it before!. This is merely because the skin is a bit stiff from not being moved very much!. If you practice retracting it more often, you have to bear through the pain, unfortunately, eventually you should be able to retract it fully!. I experienced the same sort of thing when I was about your age, and I was able to fully retract it within a month of discovering that it could even be retracted!. I simply started sliding it around more often as I masturbated, and soon I noticed it moved further and further back, and then one day it slid all the way back, which was kinda shocking at first!. So just keep at it, and give it time, things should work out well in no time!. If you want more information, feel free to email me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If this is a concern for you - see a Urologist for a consulation!. He will make recommendations to correct the situation!. It could become more difficult as you get older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like your foreskin is a bit too tight, which can usually be self-treated privately at home!.
There are a number of ways to cure a tight foreskin without getting it removed!.

1) MANUAL STRETCHING
The vast majority of tight foreskins can be suitably loosened within a month or so by persistant stretching twice daily!. Be patient and disciplined to do it regularly, and it'll be worth it in the end!.
The below website has good instructions:
http://www!.geocities!.com/restoremaine/ti!.!.!.

2) STEROID CREAMS
If the stretching shows no significant improvement after a month, you should get a prescription for betamethasone cream!.!. Apply this to the tight foreskin inside and outside a couple of times a day for a month, combined with the manual stretching!.

3) PREPUTIOPLASTY
If the above methods fail outright, you should look into a minor operation called a preputioplasty, where a relieving incision is made in the tight ring limiting the foreskin retraction!. It takes a couple of weeks to heal and should cure any tight foreskin without removing your entire foreskin and its sensory qualities, which is what a circumcision will do!. Circumcision is an irreversible and rarely necessary procedure, so make it the last resort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, this sounds like phimosis, but it's treatable, without the extreme mutilation of circumcision, which destroys 50% or more of sexual sensitivity and ability!.

Type in phimosis on your browser, and look at the sites, especially CIRP, which gives alternative treatments to male genital mutilation aka circumcision!.

Probably some of the others will advise you to get circumcised, they don't have any concept of the sensitivity that's lost in male genital mutilation, as most of them were mutilated as infants!.

You are lucky to have a whole penis, and you will enjoy the full sensitivity that comes with having a complete penis!.

Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is difficult to conclude that it is definitely phimosis without having a look at your penis!. Phimosis would be a condition where the tips of the foreskin is so tight that it cannot be drawn back to expose the glans!.

However, bear in mind that in boys, the foreskin is attached to the glans!. As he hits puberty, during exploration of the penis, it gets gradually detached!. You could do some exploration to see whether the foreskin is still attached to the glans!. Get into the shower, pinch the end of the foreskin and pee!. If it balloons, then it is detached!.

Try to roll back the foreskin when the penis is soft!. Get the habit of pulling the foreskin in the shower!. It is vital to wash underneath the foreskin in order to avoid infection and foul smell!.

To facilitate the 'peeling', apply moisturiser to heal any abrasion!.

If you are dead sure this is phimosis, then seek medical attention!. Bear in mind you don't necessarily need circumcision for phimosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
