Question: How do i get rid of man boob!!!!?!!?!!?
i hate them!! im not even fat , im 5 11 and i weigh 155 and im 20 yrs old, but i have these little manboobs, ive tried doing weights, but it looks like it just pushed them out more! would it help if i stopped doin bench press and started doing lots of push ups!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes to get rid of man boobs, you have to resort to plastic surgery!. Try the pec exercises first, but if the man boobs don't go away, consult a plastic surgeon to see what can be done!. If the man boobs are small enough, it may just require some liposuction!. Remember that plastic surgery for manboobs is not covered by insurance!. If you can't afford it and want to get it done, avoid taking the credit lines offered by doctor's offices, the interest rate is horrible and if you miss a payment, it gets worse and worse!. Bench press and chest exercises dont give you man boobs, they build muscle under the fat which makes them seem bigger!. You cant ONLY loose man boobs, if you want to get rid of your man boobs you need to lose fat around your whole body!.
