Question: How do I bulk up!? People tell me I'm too skinny!?
People tell me I'm too skinny but I eat all the time and I work out I just can't seem to get muscle or get any bigger!. Everyone calls me scrawny and stuff!.

!you can only try eating lots of delicious food, but if your body and skin dosnt absorb, then, thats the way your body is, and you cant change that, but maybe later on, it might show some changes, like it depends, most teenages are skinny, cos they are still growing!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get more muscle size, call hypertrophy, you have to lift weights 3-4 times a week!. There are a lot of programs out there to help you get in the right direction!. A basic tip when lifting is to keep your reps between 8-12 per set!. This is the basic range for trying to put on size!. You also want your rest periods between sets to be about a min to 1:30!.
