can't help with the sperm count as I had a vasectomy about 35 years ago!.I'm 63 and get a good hard firm erection that can last for several hours if there is lots to keep him occupied :o) I have had no major health issues {other than a tumor they removed [chest]}!. I'm good to go up to six times a week if the misses is willing and/or my wrist isn't sore!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
