I'm working out at the gym and I see these guys with big broad shoulders and they said to do shoulder shrugs!.!.!. I shrug all the time!.!.!. *shrug* but apparently I gotta use a bar and like 80kg (150 pounds) to make any difference!.!.!.
So I do the first shoulder shrug and the bar catches on my!.!.!. it pushes my!.!. it got caught on !.!.!.!. I mean talk about lift and separate! I kept getting the barbell tangled in my junk!.!.!. so tell me what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
