Yes it is possible!. The most likely reason is retrograde ejaculation where the semen goes the "wrong way" once it enters the urethra and goes up into the bladder rather than out through the penis!. This condition can have a number of causes (often medication related) and is related to abnormal function of the the urethral sphincter!.

Generally speaking, it can happen after the first ejaculation!. But not normally without having ejaculated in the last 20 minutes or so, but then normal is a relative term--what may be normal for 80% of the population doesn't mean it is for maybe the other 20%!.
